About Tania Ellis
Tania Ellis (born 1969) is a Danish-British author, speaker, lecturer, business advisor, trendspotter, inspirator, opinion-leader and innovation agent.
She is driven by her curiosity to find new solutions to the demands and challenges we face in our (work) life. With an Executive MBA and 12 years of management experience from the private sector, she has extensive theoretical and practical experience in bridging human needs and business needs.
Since 2003 Tania Ellis has continued this work in her own communication and consulting company Inspiratorium®. Here she gives advice and inspiration on social business trends to private, public and civic organisations.
In 2004 she won Danish business magazine Berlingske Nyhedsmagasin's award for her paper "A leadership model for Denmark in the future" ["En ledelsesmodel for fremtidens Danmark"]. Since then she has written several other articles about leadership and work life trends. In 2006 her first book, "De Nye Pionerer" (The New Pioneers), was published - the first Danish book on social innovation and social entrepreneurship.
The purpose of Tania Ellis' work is to guide and inspire to innovative thinking and sustainable practices that can generate both human and economic growth. To contribute to a culture where giving and growing are mutually reinforcing concepts. To contribute to a positive development in society - for the benefit of both this and future generations.
